'Never went to the room never showed up for the room because we couldn't get the reservation squared away prior to arriving they wouldn't approve a credit card that had no problems became very frustrated and just canceled it so why are you asking how to say was when we cancel that they never went did you charge our card if so please let us know and send the photo'

'Extremely helpful young woman upon check-in - wish I remembered her name -patient, knowledgable, professional. The room was clean and sanitized, loved the concrete floors and although I did not use the kitchen area - it looked extremely clean and well kept. '

Had to request multiple items including pans, baking sheet, paper towel, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags etc. There were only two cooking utensils, no bowls for meal or salad prep. Only set of four plates so you need to constantly run the dishwasher if you have time or hand wash your dishes. The property wants you to always text and request items as opposed to stocking it for the duration of your stay. We stayed for 6 nights and it was painful to prepare...
