'Clean and friendly staff'

'Had a really nice few days here. Some troubles with the access codes but the staff was very friendly in solving it. Rooms are very nice and very relaxing. And what a beautiful view from the balconies. Perfect way to end a day of sightseeing or hiking.'

'This was our 4th visit to Gatlinburg and we have never stayed at the same hotel twice, however I can say we will stay at this Edgewater Hotel again. Staff was great, great location and great views. Hotel is just 1 block away from the main road. Just walk across the parking lot and you are there.'

'Personeel niet echt klant vriendelijk We hadden standaard kamer geboekt en kregen een kamer voor invalide met bij behorende douche, was niet fijn! Bij uitchecken geen reden! We waren er maar 1 nacht dus interesseerde het ze vast niet '

'Love this hotel and location of it. The pool is great for kids. The one night we ate in our room because we didn’t know the restaurant closed at 10pm, the staff there was great. The one restaurant that was open late needed better attentiveness to people sitting there. Waited like 20 minutes without someone talking to us. '

'Staff was courteous, complimentary hot breakfast was good, room was for the most part clean, I liked the water station in the lobby to refill water bottles'

'Lovely stay! Fireplace in room, great shower, comfy beds & beautiful view from balcony- saw black bears along river bank! Only negative- saw assh*les took up 2 parking spaces w/ their trucks. We came back from dinner & were told to park down the street & walk back to the hotel. We paid for parking! Why weren’t the truck owners told to move?'
