« The property is very comfortable and clean. The townhouse complex is quiet and convenient walking distance to Avalon shopping and restaurants. We walked back and forth to the Casino on a couple of occasions. Also, it is a 5 min walk to Vons for grocery shopping. Our group consisted of 6 adults, aged 30 - 87. « My husband and I brought our twin 5 year old grand kids. This home was perfect for our family. It has everything you would ever need and the view is spectacular. It is really nice to be away from the crowded town of Avalon but be able to use the golf cart when we do want to go to town. »

« One of the bathroom sinks in the master did not drain properly. On the utility cart that was provided, the tags were expired, also the engine kept backfiring and the ignition slot for the key needs repair. It was difficult to get it in and to turn on. My only complaints would be that I was disappointed that there wasn’t a shower head in the master bath and way too many stairs to get to the condo.
