'Best vacation ever'

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'The resort is big and has lots to offer, but the condition of the rooms are really bad. We had initially booked a room at the sunrise resort which had a horrific room. Stains on the walls, furniture, countertops and even towels. We paid another 1600usd to upgrade to the grand which was supposed to have nicers rooms, but it was literally the same condition, just much bigger since we upgraded to the governor suite since thats all they claimed was available.
