« Fast check in. Staff were all friendly. Room was nice enough. Bar was nice with a goid choice. Also had an evening meal, which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again, but wouldn't bother with the breakfast. I'd buy that elsewhere. »

« Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. »

« Norbreck Castle Hotel was very good value for money. Lifts to each floor, with few extra stairs made all the rooms easily accessible. Standard of cleanliness was very good. The staff were polite and helpful. The food was pretty straightforward - plain but easy eating - and breakfast was more than adequate. All meals were buffet style and there were no restrictions on going back for seconds. The hotel's only drawback is that it seems to be a very old building, with high ceilings - particularly...
