'This was an excellent headquarters for launching my excursions around Banff. The staff delivered superior service when I requested a change of room. The rooms were clean and orderly with every amenity I could want. The premises were also clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The kitchen had every appliance, pots, pans, stoves, utensils, everything anyone could want. It was clean and easy to use. There was a laundry which I used gratefully. Altogether, this was much better than staying...
