'The location of the hotel is super, also the traditional decor is worthwhile, especially of the breakfast room.
There were some electricity problems in our room so we had to call for help several times. It was finally solved on the 2nd day.
Also, there was not such a fresh smell in the room.
The extra bed for our daughter was there but really hard, not so comfortable.
Still, we enjoyed our city trip in beautiful Venice!'

'i’ve been coming to venice for 25 years and this is by far the nicest and most comfortable hotel i’ve ever stayed in. the room was amazing and luxurious. the bed was like a cloud. the breakfasts were fabulous and soundproofing despite uber central location was amazing. the staff were so nice and did everything possible to make our stay as special as possible - i will certainly be back ! xx'

We stayed at this hotel from Japan for our honeymoon.
We were very impressed not only by the great location and cleanliness of the hotel, but also by the wonderful hospitality of the staff. After learning that we were on our honeymoon, the staff warmly congratulated us and went...

'Prachtig, eerder chique, hotel.
