'Friendly personnel, good service. Room was labeled as soundproof which it definitely is not. Was easily able to hear people walk on the hallway outside our room. Apparently there were construction works going on which we were not notified of, we only noticed at 8am and later at 9am when someone was drilling into our ceiling which woke us up!!'

'The hotel was quite charming, housed in a historic building that had been beautifully restored into a hotel a few years prior. The staff were amiable and professional, though the check-in process was somewhat disorganized. Despite my arrival just 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled check-in time, it took over an hour for my room to be ready, which was less than ideal after an exhausting journey. The room was generously sized and immaculate, boasting views of both the Hagia Sophia and the Galata...

'De kamers werden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Personeel was behulpzaam. Dicht bij Taksimplein maar 3 minuten loop afstand. De bus van Sabiha airport stopt ook voor de hotel dat was best goed in plaats van taxi nemen. '

'It was not at all 5star hotel. I travel to all over the world every week, this is 3 star not 5 star. We reserved a room for 3 persons but gave us a room that was for 1, obvious that added beds and stuff. Vegetables for breakfast were not cleaned!! The cheeses were dried because they were old! For all the room services you needed to call, I have never seen this. For shampoo or body wash which are essential we needed to ask. I found so many hair on the floor of the room. I do not know why...
