'I travel a lot, and I’ve never been to a place where the people were more friendly. The waitresses in the restaurant felt like my aunties or sisters. They were so kind and you could tell they love their job. The bartender went out of his way to make sure our drinks were refilled and tasted OK. We had some chicken wings and buffalo cauliflower at the bar while we waited to leave for our venue that night. They were delicious. 'We rented the room with 2 Queen beds that fits 5 people. The room was big, spacious and very clean. We all loved it. The only thing we noticed was that there was no fridge, so we had to end up throwing away the meat that we bought for wraps and sandwiches to take to the park with us. Also, there was no exhaustion fan in the bathroom, which was an inconvenience. The restaurant with the buffet optional menu was fantastic! We all loved our stay very much.'

'The lobby in the hotel was nice. But the rooms were a bit old. No windows that can open in the room. Beds were old and no good mattress. Cleaning was ok. The rooms are very noisy. You can hear evrything from other rooms or the hallway. The universal parks are in walking distance. That is positive.'
