'all was good . BUT ALL FOOD WAS VERY BAD. the buffet very poor , recycled food at buffet , same food every day , same pan of bacon , potatoes , veggies , all changed up to look different , and all the restaurants were terrible, pool bars dont open till 10 am , put a big dampner on our trip for 3500.00 dollars SUCKED'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing.
Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'The room was totally not what I thought it would be. The ground was wet and dirty, I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes on. The WiFi is really back working. The hotel from the outside looks good, but unfortunately that’s the only good point. '

'David from Expedia has been my wife and I’s right hand man. He is genuinely such a kind human and has provided us with so much information and made our stay all the more special. 'There was a bad smel in our room and the bathroom. Really strange this is 5 star property. Nothing compared with the hotel next door Secrets Playa Blanca.
