'They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal'
