'This is an amazing guesthouse. The staff go above and beyond. I've stayed at 5 star hotels who's service did not compare to this place. Free snorkeling equipment, drinking water and breakfast are just a few of the amenities that are provided. The a/c in the room worked amazingly. The only thing that I would mention as a downside for me was that the beds are very firm and I like soft but it wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.'

'The staff is not in the office every time, so must ask them to make the room. Otherwise, you can't get towel and bottles of water. Even they make the room, there are sands even on the bed. You can choose 5 different foods for breakfast and they were so so to compare with other guesthouse. They requested green tax at $3 per person/per day, but we already pre-paid to Hotels.com. So must check. The owner was nice and informed everything and I only met him on the first day.The room and the bathroom...

'Really enjoyed my stay at Quick Sand. The staff were friendly and Ali was an exceptional host. He provided lots of valuable information and was often available to answer my questions. The place was always very clean and really well kept. The alfresco eating area was lovely. Would recommend QuickSand as a place to stay for those wanting a taste of a lovely local island.'

'Die Unterkunft war schön. Das Bad war klein, aber ausreichend. Der Wasserdruck ließ zu wünschen übrig, aber dann dauert das duschen halt etwas länger :) Das Leitungswasser roch jedoch streng nach verfaulten Eiern - ich weiß nicht, ob das so üblich ist. Können sie Unterkunft aber empfehlen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich.'

'Nem ajánlom senkinek ezt a szállást! 2 hetet szerettünk volna náluk eltölteni... Megérkezésünkkor, senki nem fogadott minket a reptéren a szállástól, holott többszöri levelezés után mindig azt a választ kaptam, hogy valaki várni fog minket és segít a transzferrel. Nem lehetett őket elérni telefonon! Másfél óra próbálkozás után felvették és nem igazán tudtak rólunk... majd azt mondták hogy küldenek valakit értünk... Újabb másfél órás várakozás után odajött egy másik hotel, sziget tourist...

'Nice location, friendly staff. We stayed for one night before heading to Male early in the morning. The hotel organized us a night fishing with proper gear (only one per three persons) and knowledgeable fishermen. Afterwards they grilled the catch and prepared us a proper goodbye dinner. 'Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Ras Village bzw. auf Rasdhoo. Wer eine Local Island mit all den schönen/neutralen und nicht so schönen Seiten der Einheimischen sehen will ist auf Rasdhoo genau richtig. Die angebotenen Ausflüge von Herrn Nazim (Mantatour, Schnorcheltripp und Sandbanktripp) waren wirklich mega, es hat alles super funktioniert. Seine Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und pünktlich gewesen. Die Speisekarte könnte etwas vielfältiger sein, das liegt aber nicht nur an der Unterkunft...
