'The room (especially bathroom) is extremely dirty. The exhaust vent is filled with dust. Faulty air-conditioning system, generating extremely loud noise. Have to go to Lobby and request a room change . The TV of the replacement room (Room 701) turns out to be half broken. 6 out of 10 electrical switches do NOT work. If there is a dirtiest award for hotel, Grand Barakah Hotel at Ampang would receive unanimous vote. '

'In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it.'
