« The property was incredible. The location is perfect for roaming around downtown. The basic necessities were provided, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we wanted to cook some small dishes. Parking was convenient and check-in/check-out was very easy. »

« We stayed in this beautiful 3,800 sq ft residence during our recent trip to Denver, and it absolutely exceeded expectations. The space was immaculate, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Beds were super comfortable, linens and towels were high quality, and the entire unit had a clean, upscale vibe.Location was excellent easy and direct commute from the airport and conveniently located near everything we needed. The only downside is that there’s no free on-street parking, so...

« Spent a few days celebrating my mom’s 80th and this location was perfection for the weekend away we wanted to spend. Perfect location, great views and comfortable everything. Highly recommend for a time spent exploring Golden and all the area has to offer. »

« This condo was a bit old but very spacious. The rooms are huge!!Could have used a roll of paper towels. »

« Absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I stayed with another couple and had plenty of space. The condo is well stocked but anything we were missing could be grabbed with a short walk to Walmart or target. Lots of bars,restaurants, and breweries close buy. Brian was very pleasant to work with and gave us a ton of great suggestions on near by places. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« We were surprised by the location being above a business, but it was pristine and quiet. Inside was decorated so cute. My favorite were all the music quotes around the place. It was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Extra Bedding and towels were nicely stored and organized in plastic bins, which made it easy to find. There were grocery stores nearby and not too far from downtown Golden or Red Rocks. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« Great place! We stayed 3 days for the Metallica concert. The bedrooms stay nice and cool during the summer. It is clean and a good neighborhood. We enjoyed it thoroughly, felt almost like home. »

« The location was good with vacation necessities nearby - a great brewery, (Zuni) wine shop (Amendment 21) and Italian restaurant (Tiny P's) Safe & easy walkable neighborhood with bus stop steps from the door. If you can't find parking, hotel across the street will sell you a spot ;) »
