'Clean room, nice location and everything we needed. Bed was not comfortable with a very soft topper and pillows that were too thick/fat. When we asked the staff if they had other pillows for us they said no. They weren't very helpful with other questions either.'

'The owner takes great care with her design choices from the floor tile, to the lighting, to the toiletries. It’s located close to the Centrale train station and we were able to roll our luggage from the station to the BnB. There is a tiny kitchenette in the hallway and filtered water/fizzy water on the sink attachment. We only stayed one night and it was a last minute booking. I’m grateful that we found a delightful independently owned space to stay.'

'The building was going through major building construction works and clearly had been for months. Nothing stated in the information when booking or in the communication with the hotel prior to arrival. I complained at the point of entry and nothing back from either Expedia or the hotel. It was a building site. A builder let us in. There were building material everywhere, windows out, dust everywhere.
