'Personeel is erg aardig, en probeert gelijk in oplossingen te denken. We waren er al om 10 uur eigenlijk konden we er pas om 14 uur in, maar na uurtje belde ze al dat onze kamer klaar stond. gezellige buurt met enorm veel restaurantjes en barretjes er is ontzettend veel bedrijvigheid. Maar je hoort er in het hotel niets van. We vonden de parkeergarage onder het hotel ook een erg fijne bijkomstigheid.'

'Fantastic Location! This isn’t a full service hotel by any means. They came in once to service the room during my 3 night stay but didn’t refill the coffee pods or tea. But a fantastic place to stay…clean and great location. Would definitely stay here again.'

'This property is located beside the canal with lots of dining options nearby. The canal is full of nightlife, but the apartment is very quiet. There is an elevator for easy access. Everyone is extremely helpful. Although you cannot normally drive directly to the door, in the morning you can drive into the walk beside the canal and unload baggage. Taxi can also take you to the front door to load or unload luggage in the morning when traffic is light.'

'Felt very at home, amazing how the noise outside is shut out the minute you walk through the door. Sofa bed isn’t comfy at all so if good quality sleep is what you want, don’t sleep on it! But everything else is absolutely spot on! Loved it! '

'Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment is newly renovated and pristine (with fantastic AC). The location within 1 minute of the metro was super convenient and the area down by the canals had fabulous restaurants. Check-in was easy (and flexible! We got in at 10am and we were lucky they could accommodate us early) and super friendly. One of our favorite spaces to settle into as a home base while on vacation with our family of 6.'

'Nice appartment just around the corner (20meter) of the canal in Nivaldi area with a lot of bars and restaurants for lunch,dinner or a drink to get a good a great italian experience. Easy metro nearby to the city center. Downside is that you do hear the people on the street at night. And some parts in the appartment are up for renewal. Especially for the prices they ask for, however prices for accomodation in Milano are ridiculous in general.'

'We had a great stay at the Casale apartment! The unit is exactly as represented, clean and updated, safe and secure (and great A/C). The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with, they provided some really nice extras to make the stay great. 'Flew from the UK early hours of the morning (got up at 3am) and came to Milan for a nice get away. We had read through some reviews prior to staying here and knew that there would be some noise as it was a residential area and an area surrounded by restaurants and clubs, which we didn’t mind. But the other reviews completely play down the amount of noise there was. The noise didn’t come from the clubs, it came from the surrounding neighbours and restaurant this place backed onto. 'The host gave very thorough instructions about the place, the bed was comfortable and the apartment looks as in the pictures. The bathroom is however not in good condition, there's mold in the shower, rust on the mirrors, the toilet seat cover was broken and the drain in the shower was draining very slowly as if it was party clogged.'
