'Great location, Friendly staff. We had the Panorama room, which was smaller than it looked like in the picture. Still very functional and nice interior. The matras from the bed is low on the floor and one side to the wall, this was, for us, not so practical. All together, because of the fabulous location, still happy with our choice. '

'Super safe, excellent security, very clean bright, tastefully furnished and decorated. Convenient, every thing provided including washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, snack bar on site including grocery store. Everyone in the office was kind and patient when we had some complications which had nothing to do with our stay. Before our cruise, this was the best place to stay at. '

'Stayed for 5days in Seoul. Apt was great. Safe, clean and very quiet place. Brand new building which is half block away from the main road. Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. Everything was great and i definitely will be back next trip. '

'I loved the free laundry!! Having a washing machine in the room and a free dryer (it's on the second floor) is such a blessing!! The room was spacious, had a kitchen with microwave and stove, and sink, and TV with Netflix and YouTube for the kids! The staff were kind and accommodating and super helpful! 'A comfortable stay. Was surprised how soundproofed the unit was. Didn’t hear neighbors at all. Being on the 14th floor, we also heard no street noise. 'I have stayed in 5 hotels in Seoul (different categories/prices) and this hotel has the best price for the quality offered. It's not a luxury hotel but the rooms are clean, good bed, free internet, large fridge, microwave, cooker, a great view when you have a room on a higher floor, friendly and English speaking staff, a washing room etc. It's in the middle of Seoul and just around the corner of a large metro station with 3 lines.
