'We had a great stay at Cabin 6! Truly the best view on the property & completely secluded while in the hot tub. Hot tub was clean, warm & great! Fire pit was ready for use & a few pieces of wood were left for us. Inside was overall okay, everything was clean & accesible. Truly our only complaint was there’s not one comfortable spot to sit. The dining chairs have been reupholstered with no padding, the couch is very hard & the bed springs are protruding in both rooms. We knew it was a cabin, but...

'Heating was an outdated free standing gas heater . Would never have stayed if this had been shown in the very limited photos. Furnishing were mis-matched yard sale quality. Upon arrival the smell of gas welcomed us within 10 feet of front door. After contacting owner he had a “friend” show up since he was 20 minutes away & really didn’t want to check out this dangerous situation. The owner did pay for our stay at another location for 1 night & gave total refund. '

'The cabin was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit, coffee on the deck and easy access to trails.the kitchen was well stocked. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this cabin!'

'We were going to an evening event at Stratford Hall (about 25 min away). There is so much history in the area. Beautiful spot on the river. The screened in porch was the bomb! Huge. So relaxing. Well stocked. Easy check out. Do pay attention to room configuration. The bedroom with twins was a loft like area but had the nicer bathroom. We used the kayaks. Had everything we needed. Host communication was great despite Vrbo platform was a challenge.'
