« This place was absolutely stunning. Definitely the Victorian-style bed and breakfast we were looking for. We found this last minute on the same day we needed the room for and they totally delivered. Shane was great at communicating the whole time even considering the last minute booking. Great breakfast options, everything was either grab and go or low effort make-it-yourself. The property is so beautiful, I hope we will be able to make it back someday to stay for a longer period of time. 10/10...

« The Paddler's Retreat is REALLY out of the way. We enjoyed our stay however, people need to understand that all services are limited. Due to Covid there is only a very limited breakfast, mostly cold. If you want tea, you will need to use the microwave. The range is not available. Furthermore, the options are more limited for dinner. There is only a gas station / limited eatery that stop serving at 6:30pm. The little town, Confluence is about 5 miles away.
