'It was supposed to be a five star hotel, the shower was in a bath and it was terrible, moved us to a new room and it was about the same except we could see out the window as it was clean. We had to call an ambulance as my wife is diabetic the hotel was very bad at getting the call thru to our room, we payed extra for us to have breakfast in our room this was not allowed, the spa was missing tiles some ares were sharp on the feet. 'Maintenance in the building has taken a step back. Dirty floors, hallways. We went to have dessert at the bar at 8:30pm and menus were being taken away instead of staff politely saying anything to us. Breakfast was sad and not of high quality at all. The sofa bed should include a bed topper if you’re going to utilise it has a bed when people book. My littles ones were up all night being uncomfortable. 'The staff were absolutely brilliant. My wife checked late on Friday night, after attending a funeral, and having an incredibly stressful day. The stuff could not have been more accommodating, more empathetic, or more helpful. They were amazing!'

'Location is excellent. The hotel is showing its age. The tv is limited to foxtel which precludes streaming from platforms such as YouTube and ABC Iview and also does not allow mirror streaming.There is no music device which should be standard. I would also expect a coffee making device in a hotel of this quality. The staff and level of service is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel despite my minor quibbles as listed'
