'I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. '

'I like that the rooms was very huge and clean. The neighborhood was very nice. People in the area were pleasant. I had an issue with the kitchen sink clogging, but I managed to take care of that. Otherwise I had a beautiful stay at Sonders. I stayed at one in Dallas and that one was nice as well. '

'Like staying in a one bedroom apartment. I even had my own 1 car garage! Bed very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Only downsides were no breakfast available and had to pay for Wi-Fi. Located in a semi-secluded area and very very quiet rooms.'

'Clean apartment. Had a little trouble getting into the building the first night, but had great communication with the rental company to resolve the issue. Had access to the pool, fitness room and game room which was nice.'

We were provided clear instructions that made it really easy. The price was great compared to most hotels in the area, and the amenities were fantastic. 'The place was perfect for our needs! A washer and dryer, kitchenette and bathroom were super convenient and the pool and hot tub were a delightful perk. They were both clean and often my son and I were the only two there. It was amazing to get up first thing and step out the door for a swim. The grounds were lovely with a nice patio area and lounge chairs, and the best coffee machine I’ve ever had in a hotel. Nespresso! I plan to look them up again next time we are in the area. 'Overall the stay was nice but had some very noisy neighbors for the first 3 nights. I called the property manager and he contacted them to please quiet down the first night but continued on for the next couple of nights. So the property is nice just not a lot of extras like a pool or hot tub or workout area. Also they charged me a $300 additional charge for the property which there was even maid service during our stay so really don’t think I’ll stay there again better services at other places...
