'Outdoor pools were clean for the most part, can’t help little bugs that get in pool. Loved the updated pool on the west side. The 24hr pool needs more shaded areas. Be aware if you get a corner room with balcony there will be little black bugs that get in from patio. I called front desk and maintenance told me its a common issue. I denied changing rooms because I loved the balcony view.'

Almost NONE was said at check-out to feel appreciated of our decision to stay there. Our first room A/C was not working. We were very understanding and patient. The manager, Victor is the only hotel personal that we see friendly and helpful. Our 2nd room A/C was working a little better but still not cooling to our liking.
