"We stayed 5 nights at Gran View Apartments and overall loved our experience. The apartment was bright and spacious — we especially enjoyed the large French doors that opened wide, and all the kitchen amenities made our stay very convenient. Having two bathrooms was fantastic, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better. The rooftop is a real highlight, though we found the pool water a bit too cold to fully enjoy — a few extra degrees would make it perfect. Check-in was smooth, and Eva at the front desk was very welcoming, thank you! A few small things could be improved: there were only 4 water glasses and 2 wine glasses for 4 guests, the door of the small bathroom didn’t latch (we had to wedge a towel to keep it closed), and the starter supplies (coffee pods, dishwasher soap, trash bags, dish towels) weren’t quite enough for a 5-night stay. Some walls could also use a light touch of paint, as there were many fingerprints, though it wasn’t a big issue. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were quite thin — luckily there were plenty of them. All in all, a lovely place we’d happily return to with just a few tweaks to make it perfect."

"Du personnel au décor, de la terrasse au petit déjeuner, tout était parfait! Sans oublier l’emplacement idéal, à quelques pas de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour mémorable à Madrid. Une seconde fois pour nous dans un hôtel de la chaîne Room mate (la première fois, Room mate Gérard à Barcelone) et loin d’être la dernière!"
