'Originally booked a suite and upon arriving to the room we noticed what looked to be like a drop of blood on the floor along with the tub not being cleaned. When housekeeping came she rudely remarked it was makeup and wiped it up. When I asked if they don’t mop between guests she just offered to mop. The manager on duty was really kind and offered us a different room which we took but it was much smaller due to suites being sold out making it much harder with a little one.
