'Our experience with the Westin was, conversely, the opposite of the Hyatt down the road. Where the Hyatt smelled like garbage and had a staff that seemed to have been taken off the streets—with no idea how to deal with paying guests—the Westin had a staff of people who were very helpful and genuinely committed to our satisfaction. Whereas the Hyatt literally threw us out after we had paid for two nights and refused to honor our reservation, the Westin was quick to accommodate us. Even though...
