« Hôtel facilement accessible à côté de la voie rapide. Il est plutôt fonctionnel et confortable. Le parking est payant... »

« Staff charged me $300 without telling me, they asked for my card and I was thinking it was just to have on file in case I took some snacks from the room or something, but no they grabbed my card tapped it on the screen and $300 gone instantly and I had to wait 5 business days to get it back »

« Very polite front desk staff especially Jackie at the front desk she is wonderful and kind. Cleanings very poor hallway never vacuumed and dog Pooh was few places in the hallway for over a week, I have to asked the one of the staff to clean. But in room service was fine »

« Nice hotel, large room, good wi-fi and solid breakfast »

« The staff was very nice and accommodating i will start w that. I did have to switch rooms bc the smell of the first room was unbearable. Unfortunately, the second was no better. The hotel is extremely old, our bathroom shower hardware was broken, the rug was filthy as was the furniture. It was a very difficult night and if i had a vehicle i would’ve left. I booked this hotel only for the close proximity to reliant stadium. I will never do that again and i do not recommend this hotel. »

« Incredibly spacious, comfortable, and welcoming! Pros: Excellent rooms with plenty of space, especially in the large bathroom. The beds are super comfortable, and the staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. It has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. »

« Parfait. »

« No technology in the room. Went to plug in my charger at the wall. Got dust on the knees of my black pants. Carpet was dirty. Bedside lamps cannot be reached from bed, so you have to get up to turn off after reading in bed. Tried to see if I could stream a movie on TV. No Streaming Services to be had. Gym was okay. Valet parks your car outside in the heat. Breakfast is expensive. »
