'A very basic hard floor room, clean and functional enough for a no frills sleep space. Drainage is slow with bath and sink. Though staff helped to get WiFi connected with my phone, the WiGi was weak and, frankly, useless. '

'Very disappointing experience. We had to wait more than 15 minutes for an elevator—even though there are four, it seemed like only two were actually working. On top of that, the elevator stopped oddly at multiple floors even without anyone pressing the buttons, which made the wait even worse. The room itself was acceptable, but the soundproofing was terrible. We could clearly hear conversations from the room next door—every word.
