'The sofa bed is so worn and very uncomfortable. Needed towels, asked the front desk clerk at 8am, she said had to wait until 8:30…..asked again at 9:30, she said not ready they will bring to the room…..checked out at 10:30 and still did not receive the towels. The front desk clerk was somewhat rude when I asked for change to use the washer and dryer….said you can try across the street. The breakfast staff was very polite and friendly. '

'I had a clean quiet room, Breakfast was great and everyone was friendly. It was great walking distance to restaurants and stores.'
