'The spa is magnificent! The rooms are also just as beautiful and very clean. Food is great, and the staff are very helpful and kind. I enjoyed my trip here, would definitely stay here again!'

'The pool is DANGEROUSLY over chlorinated. One of the children in our group actually had a reaction. You could not breathe and our eyes burned!!'

'Tv didn’t work Pool was closed and no one told us and it’s why we picked this place. Phone in the room didn’t work. Staff smoking cigarettes at the front door. A pair of used dirty underwear at the front door as you walk in. I want my money back. Do I contact you or the hotel bc they tell me you bc we booked with you.'

'Our room was "picked up," not "clean." There was long hairs stuck to the bathroom walls and inside the shower from previous guests. Overall, the walls and table surfaces could use a good scrubbing, because there was dirt/food buildup and smudges throughout. In retrospect, I should have just spent the extra $20-$30 to stay at a nearby Super 8, Motel 6 or Best Western.'

'Country Inn and Suites at Tinley Park is a swell place to stay. Johnnie at front desk is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Isabel kept the breakfast room well-stocked with great food. She made everyone feel like special guests. We look forward to going there again'
