'I had high expectations for this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury property, but unfortunately the cleanliness and overall maintenance didn’t match that standard. 'We loved the room, club room, lobby etc. However our room never cooled off, we talked to the front desk after lowering it ourselves and they actually control it. They lowered it but it never dropped as they said it would. We noticed an A/C repairman on the property after our conversation but it still never cooled off.'
