The property is undergoing some refurbs and updates - so there are some growing pains - but we were given a newly renovated room on a top floor and it was beautiful. And the property is in a perfect location to park the car and walk around all weekend. We would highly recommend!'

'We had a first floor with a patio walk out. You can’t see the beach (unless you’re up in their top foot rooms). There is sand dune in front of the beach. The hotel is attached to the Lemon Bar. '

'In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about...

'This was a great location right on the beach. Restaurant and bar are accessible from the beach walk area making it convenient to grab a drink or a snack while enjoying the beach. Would definitely return. The only minor disappointment was when our 9 yr old travel companion was unable to nibble on sponge cake watching the sun bake like the Jimmy Buffett song as he had planned to do that 🙂 a little hint to the restaurant! '

'You know when you go on vacation and you want to relax and get away from the hussle of it all--this place has some nice touches, however the location of the pool to the noise from the streets as part of our family vacation I wish I had known sooner. I would have booked another location not so near busy roads. '

'Great location on the Jax oceanfront. What the property lacks in curb appeal (1st impression is entry at the parking garage), it makes up for in its interior. Great lobby/breakfast area, nice firepit, and spacious rooms with comfy beds!'

'I always give this place five stars. It’s conveniently located near the Mayo Clinic, where I receive medical treatment, so I stay here often and it truly feels like a second home. The area is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and both Walmart and Publix are just a short drive away. I especially appreciate having a full kitchen, which makes longer stays much easier and more comfortable. Most importantly, the property is extremely clean every time I visit. Highly recommend!'
