It took over an hour for housekeeping to prepare my room. Down stairs is beautiful and peaceful. We sat in the dining area to eat while we waited and the food was mediocre although the claim it's fine dining. The Lobster bisque was the worst I've ever had, and the pigeons flying by my table and food was off-putting. When I finally got in the room it smelled heavenly but I quickly realized there was only one wash rag for four guest. They charge $25 for a microwave. They claim they have room services but my son had to go down stairs for everything we needed. The room has a dining room area but the garbage cans are not realistically big enough for food items, such as a pizza box etc. The handicapped accessible bathroom main light does not work so they put a regular plug in lamp on the sink with the wire exposed to possible water while washing your face and brushing your teeth. The straw that broke the camels back is I ordered food I had two separate orders. My son went downstairs and picked up the first order but they failed to give him the second order. I showed him a picture that the food was there and when he went back down stairs to get it, he told me he saw a baby roach crawling towards the food and had he not gotten down there when he did it would have been in our food. He also told me an older man was waiting on the elevator and it took so long that the man had to take the stairs. This is my first time here and I will not be returning to this property.
