'In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about...

'Better parking than RIGHT ON the beach. In the middle of food and grocery store and shopping. Very convenient and close enough to Mayo Clinic.'

'It was all excellent except for the street noise on 3rd St S side of the building. A bit noisier than expected so not the most restful experience but was able to sleep. Would go back again but request a different location, something on the parking lot side.'

'Het is een prachtig oud hotel, je voelt je terug in de tijd. Het hotel is uit 1925! In vergelijking met andere amerikaanse hotels is het een goed ontbijt. De receptionist was heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Vriendelijke schoonmaaksters ook. Het bed was heel erg doorgezakt en de douche had een dunne straal. Het strand is prachtig met de pier. In november is het een soort van uitgestorven. Er is geen bruisend gebeuren.'

'The lights seem to be out in the parking lot. It was extremely dark in the morning and hard to see to get to car. Seems unsafe. Lights need to be turned on. Otherwise, excellent stay'
