Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
There was no coffee pot or complimentary waters in the room. They only offer overpriced specialty coffees in their café next to the check in/out desk. Also not a great setup having to go around the corner or through a dental parking lot to get there from pool side. Very minimal parking. There were construction workers painting 2 of our 3 days there, last day they covered my vehicle in plastic without permission. They did so while the vehicle was still wet with dew. Once the sun was out and it got hot outside, the plastic stuck to my vehicle and peeled a bunch of my clear coat off. No one did absolutely anything about it. I was never notified by the hotel that there were going to he painters whatsoever, to move my vehicle or asking if they could touch it to put said plastic on it. I never received a call, text, note in my room or on my room door nor a message through Expedia who I booked it through. Hotel manager was out of town at the time of the incident and offered zero help except for a free 1 night stay if I'm ever in the area again. No discount from my current stay and even acted like he didn't believe me at first stating "he never heard of that". The construction manager or owner stated he was going to contact the plastic company and rain X as to why this happened. Offered a buff and polish job, but that won't bring back missing clear coat.
