Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about...

'The stove was not working. I had food ready to cook on the stove. I waited an hour, no one showed up. I kept calling the front desk and was told 15 min, then 10 min, then 15 min again. I had to go somewhere else to finish cooking. i was told that there was no maintenance staff on duty and they had to send someone from another property and then I found out the delay was because that person was on lunch. I asked for a discount and didn't receive it'
