'We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind. Everything was very clean and better than expected '
