'Really attractive and nicely furnished converted old building. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was just about perfect. Garai is a lovely village and has two magnificent restaurants within a 10 minute walk, ideal for the tasting menu with accompanying wines. A little fitness is needed as the walk up to the hotel from the car park is quite strenuous and there are a few flights of stairs if you are in one of the upper rooms. 'The accommodation is beautifully located, surrounded by nature and offering plenty of peace and quiet. We especially appreciated the warm, family-like atmosphere during the delicious breakfast. The option for self-check-in was very convenient and allowed us to arrive late without any issues. It's the perfect base to explore Bilbao and the surrounding area while staying outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended!'

'This property is run by a wonderful woman and her family. It is in a quiet village in the Rioja Alavesa close to other towns and villages in a beautiful setting. The property is a "casa rural" which comes close to a B&B with amazing breakfast for a very reasonable price. The terrace opens to a breathtaking view of the vineyards and mountains.
