We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). 'Joseba ontving ons heel vriendelijk en gaf via de app allerlei tips over restaurants. Het appartement was heel.schoon en ruim. Er hangt een grote tv en er staat een fijn bankstel. Het is een rustige buurt en alle mooie steden van het Baskenland zijn binnen 1 tot 1,5 uur bereikbaar. Vitoria is dichtbij.'
