'Het huis is ruim, mooi en smaakvol ingericht, maar we hebben eigenlijk alleen maar buiten gewoond op het grote overdekte terras met zit- en eethoek, zelfs als het regende. Het huis heeft een fantastisch uitzicht en ligt midden in het groen. De fraaie tuin biedt volop privacy. Vanuit het huis kun je het bos in lopen om te wandelen. En als kers op de taart een heerlijk klein zwembad om heerlijk af te koelen. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig en respecteren je privacy.'

'Ondanks dat deze woning op een prachtige locatie ligt, geven we toch een ruime onvoldoende. De prijs/kwaliteit staat totaal niet in verhouding. Het huis is alles behalve hygiënisch. Alles is oud, er waren geen wijnglazen, vies bestek in de la, geen keuken handdoeken / theedoeken, lakens waar de huiseigenaren en zijn gezin al 30 jaar op geslapen hebben, een heel dun onderlaken direct op het matras (geen molton) de haren van de vorige bewoners zaten er nog in.
