« Very cute had everything you needed for long term stay (laundry detergent, pots, pans, toiletries, etc). I liked that there was covered parking and AC. It was on the first floor so there were bugs (can of insect spray quickly fixed the problem) and you could hear upstairs neighbors walking. Property owners were very responsive and called weekly to check in. Would recommend. »

« This apartment offered two large spacious bedrooms and newly renovated full bathrooms. The full kitchen and in-apartment washer and dryer were convenient amenities. I appreciated that the host stocked the apartment with all the toiletries and cleaners a guest could need. « I didn't realize that this unit was part of a four-plex (actually two four-plexes - side by side) with a parking lot at the back. That said, our downstairs unit access was great - check in was a breeze and the owner stayed in touch and answered questions. The unit had everything we needed, including the basics in the kitchen, a massive washer/dryer, excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds. « The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here. »

« I booked knowing I was getting a good rate for being a new listing. I was overall satisfied with my stay. Owner is friendly and communicative. However, the property still needs some basic amenities (such as forks) and has overstock of others (full set of steak knives). Not sure if the heaters are working and this did impact some comfortability. The place is easy to access. »
