Campings en stacaravans in San Fernando Valley

'there were a few errors with my reservation (number of guests, deposit, reservation name and room) but despite these obstacles the staff quickly navigated all the discrepancies quickly and efficiently, even going so far as to inform me of the smoking area, where I could locate the password to the free Wi-Fi and offered to help me with my bags upstairs. room was quaint & cozy with extra towels as requested online.

'Beds and the breakfast in the morning was great but it was very noisy late at night. Close to Universal studios'

'The only positive I can see about this property is the location on the main street. The property looks in very bad shape, and the air conditioning does not cool properly, so it gets warm in the room. If you have luggage, you will have a hard time to take those to the 2nd floor because there is no elevator. In addition, they do not provide the basics for hygiene (soap). On top of that, you have to pay for parking far from the property. I dont recommend this place to anyone.'

'Our camera had been stolen from our room, we assume by staff, because there were no signs of breaking in. Management promised a lot to tackle the issue, but once we left, we were met by complete silence.'
