The neighborhood, quiet and safe, is close to the historic center; within easy reach you will find local markets, supermarkets (including Carrefour open 24h/24), shops, bars and restaurants of all kinds.

TRANSPORT
The metro and buses, a few steps from the apartment, will take you to Piazza di Spagna and the Vatican in 20 minutes and in less than an hour to the airports of Fiumicino or Ciampino.

APARTMENT FEATURES:
The apartment, on the attic floor, is very large (120 square meters): quiet, comfortable, furnished with antique furniture and equipped with all modern comforts, it is suitable for groups and families (even with children, who will find books and toys dedicated to them).

The large living room includes three sofas, a pull-out double bed, a television, and a dining table that can also be used as a remote work area

The first, large bedroom includes a double bed, a second single bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The second bedroom includes two single beds, a chest of drawers and a beautiful bookcase with many books to consult and board games for adults and children

The eat-in kitchen, built in brick, includes: dining table, sideboard stocked with plates, glasses and pots of all kinds, stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher, to make your stay unforgettable and make you feel as if you were at home.

The first bathroom, elegant in marble, is equipped with a shower, double sink, bidet and toilet.

The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

The structure is completed by two terraces: one internal, useful as a laundry area, and one overlooking the Castelli Romani and the Appia Antica, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for a relaxing aperitif at sunset.

The apartment is equipped with WIFI and hot/cold air conditioning.

The apartment is at your complete disposal.

OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
The reservation must be made by the person who will stay in the accommodation.

Upon delivery of the keys, a contract for a short tourist stay will be signed.

All guests must present documents (identity card or passport) for the mandatory reporting to the Police Authority

The guest must return the apartment clean and tidy, as it was delivered to them at check-in.

All cleaning products are available at the house, to be used before leaving the apartment.

A cleaning service can be provided upon request, not included in the VRBO price, equal to 80.00 to be paid at check-in.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible upon request, by paying an extra 80.00 euros to be paid at check-in.

Check-out time is by 10:00 AM

ACCESSIBILITY
The building has a lift up to the 7th floor; to reach the apartment, located on the 8th floor, you must walk up one floor.

The apartment is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.

SILENCE TIMES
The apartment is part of a condominium, therefore silence must be respected from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

SERVICES ON RESERVATION:
On request you can choose to:
a) book a minivan to and from the airport,
b) book a guided tour in the center of Rome or in nature.
c) give you a relaxing, decontracting, shiatsu and foot reflexology massage, at home.
