« Stayed with my family for a weekend. Had a lot of fun from swimming in the pool needed to be cleaned in some areas but had fun going down the slide to relaxing in the jacuzzi. To taking the trolly to town to seeing baby cubs outside the hotel. »

« Super convenient, friendly staff. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Parking can get full at check in time. Will definitely stay there again. »

« It was off of the main drag in gap number but close enough to be able just to walk down the corner the hotel is absolutely beautiful and has been in the family for a very long time. We stayed in the luxury king fives around and it was absolutely beautiful Would definitely recommend this room to anybody that wanted to have a nice wonderful Stay »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« Right on the strip close, very close to everything if you hate walking. We arrived like 2 or 3 hours before check in and they let us use the parking lot early and even got the room like 30 minutes or a hour after we arrived. My brakes went out as soon as we got into town so that gave us enough time to fix the car and get food before the room was ready. -Clean rooms -House keeping was great -Beds firm to moderate soft -Pillows lumpy but not bad. - really cool mirror with a speaker and lights...

« Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est assez proche du Parkway et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre est très grande et donne sur la rivière. C’est calme et les lits sont confortables. Les parties communes mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est bien »

« The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times. »

« This hotel was beautiful. The entire staff was helpful and nice, from the valet to the front desk, to the maintenance. They all greeted us throughout our stay even though we didn't use the valet or maintenance. We didn't see a use for the valet because parking was easy. But that keeps your car in the front of the hotel if you plan to leave a lot. The hotel is in such a great location we walked everywhere. We ate twice at the Blue Moose which is the hotel's restaurant and their wings were...

« The motel was in such a great location and a lot quieter than on the gatlinburg strip which was ideal for what we wanted. It was a flexible check in time and the staff were very nice and helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and had all amenities we needed. Would recommend! »
