'Stayed several times over the years. Property is beginning to show signs of wear. Overall, nice property but the FF&E could use replacing. Stayed in suite, but tables and other surfaces scratched or chipped. Paid $18.00 per night to park on top of room rate of $259 ( Expedia). Great view from the 15th floor and extra room was nice. Will probably look around at other options next time. '

'In one of the 2 rooms we had, there was a big wet sticky spot on the carpet. In the other room there was a chair from where the seat was loose and the other chair had a screw sticking through the seating. The rooms looked outdated. There was a big fairly new fridge though.'

'The Mountain View was beautiful!! I loved how everything was a walking distance. Didn’t have to look for parking. We could leave our vehicle at the property and walk to Dowtown. Will definitely becoming coming back!!'

'We had a wonderful stay! The property itself is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. The location is perfect—it’s an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg and all the main attractions, which saved us a lot of hassle with parking. What really made the difference, though, was the staff; everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!'
