'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

Staff was super friendly and helpful even with a last minute reservation.
Right next to praia Caracol, a small beach where super friendly locals come to swim and standup paddle.
Also right next to the Caracol Ultramar Ferry which was very convenient for us. It's front of a Starbucks and a Supermarket.
Not a fancy stay but very comfortable and clean! A/C also worked well.'

However the beds had ants, bed bugs , the sheets had makeup , lights wouldn’t work, restroom glass door was not attached and restroom was small and clogged. Only one elevator works and only 2 people fit in it . Other than that thank yall for the hostage it had a 7 eleven right next to it and coco bongo was close !'

'Overall, my stay at the Flamingo All-Inclusive in Cancun was good. It wasn’t quite what I expected, but the beachfront location definitely made up for it. Being able to walk right onto the beach and enjoy the ocean views was the highlight of the trip.
The restaurants served good food, the pools were clean and enjoyable, and the drinks were great. Most importantly, my daughter and I had a wonderful time together, which made the vacation memorable.

'This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Cancun. The rooms were dirty, the furniture was old, worn out, and broken, and we found roaches in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable, and it did not match the standards that were advertised. I would not recommend staying here and definitely would not return.'
