'Pool was nice. restaurant/bar was way over priced and oooooohhhh so slow. I know it is not part of the hotel but that is only place on property to get food or near by and where the front desk sends you. '

'Beautiful and I mean absolutely stunning. The service from the staff is top tier, there are multiple restaurants to eat at, daily activities to enjoy, multiple pools and bars and a beautiful beach. I will stay here now everytime I go to San Juan as it was only about a 35 minute drive '

'Room was tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Not even space to open our suitcase. There was also something weird about check-in. They reached out to us twice asking what time we would arrive. We knew our room wouldn't be ready, and that was fine! But when we went back at 5 PM our room still wasn't quite ready. Not sure what was up with that. Also, the young lady working at the front desk didn't seem to have much information to share with us about the area or the town. Should have offered...

'The hotel is in the perfect location and well-maintained. It had good parking. The breakfast, which was included, was good. The pool and water park for the children is awesome. The staff was polite. The room was clean.'
