'Considering the price I paid for two days, the place really needs a lot of repairs; on top of that, they charge you for everything—even a $10 deposit for the keys, which you don't get back. I feel that, at the very least as a courtesy, they could have coffee or something available for guests in the office. All in all, I won't be booking there again.'

'I was on a solo trip to Hampton Beach and I enjoyed my stay. This motel is walking distance to the beach. Within 6 min you can walk to the beach, but if you walk down further about 15 min you can get to the main beach that has bathrooms and is near restaurants and the pavilion. The motel staff was nice and pleasant. There is parking on site that was included in my stay. There is no ice machine, no housekeeping, also there are many rules like no eating in bed, no drinking in the pool, no using...
