Pensions in Phoenix Centrum

'The rooms were clean , but there were things falling from the ceiling . It’s just too old building which needs a serious revamp .'

'I loved this little house! Owners are so kind!! Our stay was amazing!'

'Very nice spot and close to downtown if your here to see a concert, 8 minute walk to van buren and 20 to the mortgage center. Bed is a little stiff but all around a great place to stay'

'We loved the location (close to our family) and enjoyed our short stay. The hosts were very helpful and communicated very well. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and was nicely and comfortably decorated. One note: I would have loved a full length mirror and some stepping stones or something outside the front door to allow us to enter and exit without stepping in a water puddle when the flood irrigation runs. Other than that it was perfect! Thank you for such a nice comfortable place to...

'Very Clean, Sleeps well, host communicates very well and responds quickly. All aces here!'

'Clean, good location. Relaxing place, everything nice. Nice being able to park in driveway with gate (although it is tricky getting the car in and out of the alley). 2 reasons not 5 stars. The check-in process is complicated. You have to go to the back, open 1 lockbox to open the gate, go to the door, open another lockbox to get the key and driveway gate opener, open the gate and drive in, go to 1st lockbox and relock from outside, then go thru the gate and close the gate(!). Repeat to...

'Everything was great for what my friend and I needed for our short trip. The general area where the house is looks kinda rough but we had no issues. '

'Check in and out was very easy. Owners were nice and very friendly dog. No barking or loud noises from anyone. Loved our stay. Room and bathroom clean. Zero complaints.'

'Fantastic stay! Central location. Clean rooms. Just small feedback on communication. Just wish they included the wifi password with the welcome message in the booking. For out of U.S. travellers that’s important especially!'

'Nice house , very clean , very Nice pool, price / quality is very good, quiet env : a top location if you have a car for your personal transport'

'I had a little bit of a challenge figuring out how to access the guest house. Credit to the owners, though, they responded quickly and I was given instructions on how to unlatch the gate to get to the guest house in the rear of the property. '

'Great space and locationThe rest is up to youHad a beautiful time And so did Peanut ButterThank you, Charles!Be back soon'

'Excellent location close to baseball fields, restaurants and hiking trails. Owner was very responsive and place was comfortable and clean.'

'The property was listed as an apartment but the listing didn't fully convey that it was just on the side connected to a main house lived in'
