Good layout and plenty of room however pictures make it seem like we would have a room with a view of the water. We had a view of the parking lot. Low shower pressure and lukewarm water in one of the bathrooms. Didn’t have time to talk with the front desk about it. Overall close to parks and room to spread out.

The location of the condo was great for our purposes. It was very clean and the reception desk people were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that on our last day they had to turn off the water from 8 am to 2 pm which made it difficult to make coffee and shower and get ready to leave. Overall a great time

The condo was mediocre but a good location. Beds were clean and comfortable. Floors were not clean. Also the washer and dryer were so loud we couldn’t use them. Had to air dry our clothes because the dryer wasn’t getting hot enough and made a terrible noise!

We really appreciated the accommodations and the unit. A few things that I don’t blame the owner for, was that the housecleaning was insufficient and we found a lot of long hairs in our master bathroom. We also felt we didn’t have enough pillows or blankets for 5 people to use on 4 beds. The elevators buttons were in need of repair, but the view from the 19th floor was delightful. The staff was very friendly even though the deli/cafe seems hit and miss on staffing and seemed to close 30 minutes early each day. The coffee was good so that was appreciated! The time share people were a bit pushy, but we overall enjoyed our stay.

This was not really a Vrbo more of a condo hotel. The place was clean and newly painted and everything in order. However the dishwasher could not even hold the dishes in the condo. It was too small. The bedding was just okay. Basically a blanket with a white sheet. Liked the fact there was toiletries. Small amount of pans. No ziplock or plastic or aluminum foil to help cook with. Perfect location! Nice it had a shuttle during peak hours to and from universal. If you booked directly through condo place it was much less. Should have looked that up ahead of time.

This property is updated, very convenient to Universal theme parks, and right off International Drive. One of the only cons I have is there was no electrical outlet near the primary bed. My phone cord is 6 feet and could reach the headboard for comfortable scrolling on the phone.

Nice resort. Location is convenient except for the construction made it so the end of the road is closed currently. Shuttle service does not run back and forth every hour like at Universal resorts, that was our biggest disappointment (and you have to reserve a spot ahead of time).

This condo was top notch beautiful and clean! Very spacious, lots of dishes, glasses and pots abd pans. Location was perfect, 12 min walking distance to Icon Park. Would highly recommend to stay here!

Lots of beds - a plus!

The unit was efficient. Smaller than I thought it would be, but it had two bedrooms and baths that were great. Comfy beds! Bathrooms excellent! We used the pull out sofa. It was convenient and we appreciated the sheets. It was easy to hear EVERYTHING from room to room. There was a lot going on in the hallway, too. Other guests were knocking on our door - teenagers. I think it was a high school volleyball team. One thing that should have been communicated up front was the closure of the road right in front of the resort. There was only one way in, which was not a problem, but googlemaps kept sending us the wrong way. The people working at this resort were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hot tub was NOT hot - lukewarm at best. That was a bummer. Location convenient for parks. Excellent place for families who are visiting the parks.
