THE SPACE
The spacious light, open-plan living room features a vast U-shape sectional sofa, 65” OLED 4K Smart TV, designer lighting, sexy rugs and beautiful art. The large dining table doubles as a board room table. Prepare breakfast or a feast in our well equipped, modern, open kitchen with white quartz worktops/breakfast bar and Carrera marble backsplash. The penthouse is south facing with sunsets all year from the balcony and a glimpse of the lake and seasonal fireworks between the buildings. The den features a full-size desk and a seating area that converts to a comfortable bed for one. A full size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and have room for outlet shopping!

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

We aim to make your stay the best possible, so don't hesitate to contact us at any time with any needs you may have before or during your stay. This is your home away from home and we hope you'll be relaxed, comfortable and leave with great memories of your time with us.

We manage several properties in Vista Cay Resort. So, if the property you are interested in is not available for your dates, please send us an inquiry, so that we can send you the other listings that we do have available.

In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory.
