'The site does not say anything about paying to park, otherwise I would have chosen a different hotel. The restaurant in the hotel has times listed wrong on the hotel site and restaurant site, and we were not able to eat one night-also another reason I would have chosen another hotel. They also don’t have any place for snacks or drinks, the one place that is open for everyone to see is only accessible by employees. I would not choose this hotel again.'

'The Staff was great - valet team, front desk and counter servers. All were engaging and helpful. The issue we experienced was that only one of the three elevators was operating which resulted in ridiculously long waits. On Friday morning the wait resulted in us being late for an important meeting. These need to be fixed.'

'I stay at this hotel quite frequently and I cannot express how clean and wonderful this facility is. The staff are at your backing call for anything you need or if it’s just for a small chat. They have a shuttle that runs from the airport that is extremely important for me and you are only about a mile from the airport. It is in a very safe, kind of secluded location along with the Hilton Garden Inn is right beside it. That hotel is wonderful as well, but I prefer this Hilton. I think because I...

'This was an AMAZING hotel that we just happened to find! I needed a wheelchair accessible room due to a recent broken leg. The suite was absolutely PERFECT. Had dinner and breakfast there and both were delicious! All of the Staff went above and beyond and were SO friendly and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this great find!'
