'We were visiting Bristol and Bath for the weekend and this place was the perfect base for us to do so. Comms were good and access to the property was straightforward. The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay and everything we used was in good working order (oven/hob, wifi, tv, shower). Good value for money so we would gladly return if we're back in the area. '

'The host has thought of everything! It is truly a home from home (but this place has far better decor than my home!) Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. 'A great property, well equipped and well situated with good dining options a short walk away. Our stay was detracted by no welcome booklet (last guest spilt something on it), one bed not usable (dirty sheets) and a lack of communicated via online portal. We would definitely give it another go in the future those as are relatively easy fixes.'

'I stayed here with my sister just for one night to go to the markets and we both wished we could have stayed longer. Lovely modern house. Spotlessly clean. Easy walking into the city. Perfect. And Kenzie was so helpful in sorting out a problem with Vrbo, not of our making! And then when I couldn't find the property she immediately responded and helped me find it. Would totally recommend. 'Great property with loads of space - lovely and clean (especially needing, towels and bathrooms). Would be even better if kitchen had more equipment/number of cups and bowls to cater for a group of 6. Also, the single bedroom without any curtain or blind, lightbulbs with no lamps and no locks on bathrooms made it feel a little unfinished. But overall a great property and good communication from owner/jost '
